When a couple of older white people ask me what I mean by the context Lynch has today versus when Eraserhead first came out....

It's so obvious that their comprehension of how the world can evolve beyond their perspective, aided by technology and new forms of communication (i.e. all of Tumblr's obsession with Lynch), is limited at best.

Albeit these are people whose self worth hinges on the number of "likes" and "shares" their trite asses get on social media. Their inability to discern a new language and context for a universe that Lynch has seemingly created out of the nowhere isn't all that surprising. How could they see the "other" that pervades.

So are we to act like a virus? Are these types of people inoculated?

Aren't we all hoping evolution doesn't come and roll over us with a cement steamroller for the next generation?

Just keep drinking your prosecco darlings.
